Here's my contribution:

At the Office for House-Elf Relocation
The Ministry clerk frowned at his parchment.

“No record of a ‘Dobby’, sir. When did you say he was transferred?”

“He wasn’t transferred. He was... freed.”

“Freed? We wouldn’t have a record of that. We only deal with relocations.”

“And also new contracts.”

“Well... You do realise that you have no rights over a freed house-elf?”

“Of course I realise it! I am merely concerned for the creature’s welfare.”

“But you don’t need to worry about that any more.”

Lucius scowled. No, he didn’t need to worry about the traitorous little runt spilling all his secrets.

He needed to act.
