One of my local cinemas is going to show Heimat 3 in six installments. I'm curious, but probably not £23-curious. :( Especially as I haven't seen Heimat 2 so wouldn't have a clue about the characters.
Actually, I didn't even know there'd been a Heimat 2. If only the cinema could be persuaded to show the whole trilogy back-to back... but I suspect that 53 hours would tax the most hardened behind.
I think my parents have BBC4, though, which'll give me an added incentive to move 'home'.
(The necessity of leaving Edinburgh is sinking in, now. I'm pretty sure it's the right thing to do, but it's not going to be easy.)
