Argh!
I'm sure when I was at work this afternoon I saw a link from the BBC website to an 8 minute video clip of last night's Ice Dance finals, but I can't find anything now. I'm pretty annoyed if they only leave it for a day - especially when they're still linking to footage of the (less interesting) original dance. I mean, how many times does one really need to watch a bobsleigh hurtle down the same track as all the other bobsleighs?
*grumble*
So, I would be very grateful for any links to video clips of:
* The British couple's free dance programme (Scottish dancing on ice I have to see!)
* Their compulsory dance (unlikely, but you never know)
* The Israeli couple's free dance
* The winning free dance
* The couple who skated to Phantom of the Opera (a long shot, I know, but just watching them skate to music I know so well about a theme that dug its claws into me from the first completely transported me somewhere else, even while watching on a grainy internet feed)
On a happier note, I'm doubly blessed with fanart - periwinkle-blue has illustrated scenes from Invictus' Chapter 6 and Chapter 7. It feels incredibly sycophantic for me to say 'go take a look', but... if you read and enjoy Invictus, go take a look. ;)
And fans of felines or fanged frizbees should definitely check out this one. Meow! (Or perhaps I should say SSSSSSS!)
Must finish Chapter 16. Must finish Chapter 16. Community life takes up way more time than I was expecting...
